    Shamanic Breathwork combines a conscious connected breathing technique with body and energy work and a powerful chakra attuned music journey to guide you into states of inner healing and transformation. When worked with in this way, your breath becomes a bridge away from your ego towards the deepest parts of your body, mind and spirit.

    The class will include an opening circle/instructions, a breathwork journey and integration of your experience. Absolutely no experience is necessary, come exactly as you are.

    This half day ceremony is an invitation to tap into the deepest layers of yourself, connect with your inner wisdom and to feel, move and express in a held space where all of you as welcome. This breathwork practice invites you step out of your mind and tap into non-ordinary states of consciousness and spaces of deep and profound healing.

    This half day ceremony begins with an opening circle leading into a drum journey, a powerful breathwork session, an expressive art process and deep integration of all that arises in the session. We close with grounding and after-care support. It's a inviting space to feel, move, and reconnect with your deepest self. Open the door to clarity, emotional release, embodied insight, and profound healing. Each experience is unique and deeply personal.

Shamanic Breathwork combines a conscious connected breathing technique with body and energy work, drum journeying, live instruments and a powerful chakra attuned music set to guide you into states of altered consciousness & deep transformation.

    As a full day immersion this workshop allows more spaciousness to dive deeply into the practice and fully experience the power of this modality. You can expect a high facilitator to breather ratio, longer breathwork journeys and a unique opportunity to support another while they breathe.

  • Level 1 in New Zealand- March 2026

    A 14-day immersive journey of healing and transformation through the Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process (S.H.I.P.). To walk the path of guiding others, you must first walk it yourself—this training is both a personal rite of passage and the first of two initiatory steps toward becoming a certified Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator. This is also a special one for me- launching my Satellite of Venus Rising and stepping into teaching the initiations.

    In the first week, we dive into the roots, family of origin, inherited patterns, and the shadows we tend to avoid. In week two, we turn toward the beloved—inner and outer—exploring sacred purpose and the path of re-emergence into the world.

    For the first time, you're invited to join either one or both weeks. Completion of both is required for Level 1 Training.
