  • shamanic breathwork® weekly class

    Shamanic Breathwork combines a conscious connected breathing technique with body and energy work and a powerful chakra attuned music journey to guide you into states of inner healing and transformation. When worked with in this way, your breath becomes a bridge away from your ego towards the deepest parts of your body, mind and spirit.

    The class will include an opening circle/instructions, a breathwork journey and integration of your experience. Absolutely no experience is necessary, come exactly as you are.

    An exciting full day deep dive into your inner landscape. Shamanic Breathwork combines a conscious connected breathing technique with body and energy work, drum journeying, live instruments and a powerful chakra attuned music set to guide you into states of altered consciousness & deep transformation.

    As a full day immersion this workshop allows more spaciousness to dive deeply into the practice and fully experience the power of this modality. You can expect a high facilitator to breather ratio, longer breathwork journeys and a unique opportunity to support another while they breathe.

The Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process (S.H.I.P.)® is the first step towards becoming a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator. S.H.I.P. is an invitation and opportunity to first do your own inner work and healing in preparation to hold space for other’s transformation.

As Satellite of Venus Rising Association for Transformation, I’m honoured to be a lineage carrier of this work, authorized and entrusted to bring this Shamanic Breathwork Training (Level 1) to you.

After completing Level 1, you will be eligible to enroll in Level 2, Facilitator Skills Training, with Venus Rising directly.

This embodiment is also the first of two levels on the path to becoming a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator. I will be supporting Levi Banner, the Lead Trainer, and working deeply with our advanced students as the Master Practitioner Apprentice Supervisor & Mentor.
